Базові принципи лібералізму та їх трансформація в сучасній політиці

Abstract

З розпадом Радянського союзу Захід отримав перемогу в «холодній війні». Саме тоді виникло враження, що Західна, неоліберальна модель світу універсальна та безальтернативна. Вся світова історія стала розумітися як поширення цієї моделі у всіх частинах світу. Сама західна модель світу базована на деяких філософських підставах, що формувалися протягом тисячоліть виникнення західних цивілізацій і відносяться ще до давньогрецьких та давньоримських постулатів античної філософії. Зрештою саме ці підстави сформували саме «західне світобачення». Отже, в статті була поставлена мета – проаналізувати як змінюються сучасні погляди на згадані принципи західної моделі світоустрою, і відповідно, спрогнозувати, куди рухається стріла історії людства, які перспективи відкриваються перед нами у найближчому майбутньому. Системний аналіз основних підстав ліберального світобачення дозволив зробити деякі висновки і, відповідно до цих висновків, отримати наступні результати: людство живе в переломний період розвитку історії, і епохальність сьогоднішнього історичного періоду саме полягає в тому, що відбувається трансформація головних ідей та постулатів, на яких трималася «дисциплінарна Європа», що стала прообразом справедливого та благополучного суспільства. Нині ідея свободи, ідея природних прав людини перебувають у кризі. Влада ж капіталу є абсолютною, базовою та основною в сучасному світі, вона нічим не обмежена, і людина від неї нічим не захищена у неоліберальній моделі. All world history has become understood as the spread of this model in all parts of the world. The Western model of the world is based on some philosophical grounds that have been formed over the millennia of the emergence of Western civilizations and belongs to the ancient Greek and ancient Roman postulates of ancient philosophy. In the end, these reasons formed the Western Worldview. Thus, the article was set to analyze how modern views on the mentioned principles of the Western model of the world order, and accordingly, to predict where the arrow of human history moves, what prospects are open to us in the near future. The systematic analysis of the basic grounds for the liberal worldview allowed to draw some conclusions and, according to these conclusions, to obtain the following results: humanity lives in the turning point of history, and the epochality of today's historical period is that there is a transformation of major ideas and postulates on which "disciplinary Europe" was held. Now the idea of freedom, the idea of natural human rights are in crisis. The power of capital is absolute, basic and basic in the modern world, it is not limited, and a person from it is not protected in the neoliberal model. Research methods. According to the goal of the research and the tasks solved, the work used methods of description, analysis, search for similarities and illustration of analyzed concepts with subsequent generalization, hypotheses and their subsequent justification. At the final stage of the study to analyze the transformation of the basic principles and concepts of the neoliberal model of the world order, a system approach was used – in the version, which provides a parametric general theory of systems.
