Іnteractive and project methods as a means of formin entrepreneurial skills of students of vocational (vet) education

Abstract

The formation of entrepreneurial competencies is one of the strategic directions of modern vocational education, since the ability to take initiative, think creatively, be independent in making decisions, and take responsibility for the results of one's activities is the key to a graduate's successful adaptation to the requirements of the modern labor market. In the context of the transformation of the educational environment, the use of interactive and project methods, which are focused on the active inclusion of students in the learning process, the development of their personal motivation and practical activities, is of particular importance. In the context of vocational education, this allows for the formation of key entrepreneurial skills necessary for both paid work and for one's own business. Формування підприємницьких компетентностей є одним із стратегічних напрямків сучасної професійної освіти, оскільки здатність до ініціативи, творчого мислення, самостійності у прийнятті рішень, відповідальності за результати своєї діяльності є запорукою успішної адаптації випускника до вимог сучасного ринку праці. В умовах трансформації освітнього середовища особливого значення набуває використання інтерактивних та проектних методів, які орієнтовані на активне включення учнів у навчальний процес, розвиток їх особистісної мотивації та практичної діяльності. У контексті професійно-технічної освіти це дозволяє сформувати ключові підприємницькі навички, необхідні як для оплачуваної роботи, так і для власного бізнесу.
