Роль ЄС у боротьбі зі зміною клімату на планеті

Abstract

У статті досліджено актуальну проблематику – роль Європейського Союзу у боротьбі із зміною клімату на планеті. Показано, що Європейський Союз завжди був лідером міжнародного співтовариства щодо протидії зміні клімату на Землі. Розкрито особливості участі Європейського Союзу у боротьбі із зміною клімату на 4 рівнях: глобальний рівень передбачає участь ЄС у глобальних кліматичних захо- дах та підписання глобальних кліматичних угод; регіональний рівень включає форму- вання та реалізацію Європейським Союзом власної кліматичної політики; національ- ний рівень відображає кліматичну політику окремих держав-членів ЄС; індивідуальний рівень включає індивідуальні дії громадян держав-членів Європейського Союзу щодо боротьби із зміною клімату. The article examines the current issue - the role of the European Union in the fight against climate change on the planet. It is shown that the European Union has always been the leader of the international community in combating climate change on Earth. The features of the European Union’s participation in the fight against climate change at 4 levels are revealed: the global level involves the EU’s participation in global climate measures and the signing of global climate agreements; the regional level includes the formation and implementation European Union’s own climate policy; the national level reflects the climate policy of individual EU member states; the individual level includes the individual actions of the citizens of the member states of the European Union regarding the fight against climate change.
