Monitoring as a tool for researching the social and political sphere in the conditions of war

Abstract

The article identifies the potential possibilities of monitoring as a tool for the study of the sociopolitical sphere in the conditions of war. It was determined that the concept of monitoring includes both the instrumental aspect of the methodology of organizing the study of changes and any systems (primarily, social, economic and political), as well as the scope of its application as a method and tool for tracking such changes, performing the function of social control through institutions of civil society.
