Особливості соціокультурного компонента соціальнопобутових навичок у дітей дошкільного віку із дитячим церебральним паралічем

Abstract

Представлено результати теоретико-експериментального вивчення соціокультурного компонента соціально-побутових навичок (далі СПН) у дітей дошкільного віку з дитячим церебральним паралічем (далі ДЦП). Обґрунтовано науково-теоретичні підходи до СПН у дошкільників із ДЦП (міждисциплінарний, системний, діяльнісний, суб’єктний, компетентнісний). Дослідження соціокультурного компонента СПН дошкільників із ДЦП характеризувалося тим, що у переважної більшості дітей він знаходиться на значно нижчому рівні розвитку в порівнянні з дітьми з типовим психічним розвитком (далі ТПР). Значне відставання соціокультурної адаптації пояснюється тим, що дитина з ДЦП частково пристосовується до його елементів змінюючи власні внутрішні спонуки і частково адаптує подібні елементи до своїх потреб. Констатовано, що вплив вікового чинника у дітей із ДЦП 6 і 7 р. ж. спостерігається за параметрами здатності до соціально-середовищної і соціокультурної адаптації. Доведено, що кращий стан соціальносередовищної соціокультурної адаптації у дошкільників із ДЦП, залучених до дослідження, зумовлений системою соціокультурного реабілітування, яка є збалансованою взаємодією, при якій реалізуються особистісні та соціальні інтереси дитини. Results of theoretical and experimental study of the socialand-cultural component of the social and living skills (hereinafter referred to as SLS) of preschool children with cerebral palsy (hereinafter referred to as CP) are represented. Scientific and theoretical approaches (interdisciplinary, systematic, activity, subject and competence) to SLS of preschool children with CP has been grounded. Study of social-and-cultural component of SLS of preschool children with CP is characterized by the fact that for the vast majority of children it is on a much lower development level compared to children with typical psychological development (hereinafter referred to as TPDTPD). Significant gap of social-and-cultural adaptation is explained by the fact that a child with CP partially adapts to its elements by changing own internal motivation and partially adapts similar elements up to his / her needs. It is established that influence of age factor among children with CP of 6 and 7 years old is observed according to parameters of ability to social-andenvironmental and social-and-cultural adaptation. It is proved that the better state of the social-and-environmental and social-and-cultural adaptation of preschool children with CP, engaged in the study, is caused by the system of social-and-cultural rehabilitation, which is a balanced interaction, in which personal and social interests of a child are realized.
