Друга карабаська війна у контексті реалізації інтересів головних регіональних акторів

Abstract

У статті досліджено сучасний етап конфлікту у Нагірному Карабасі із позицій з’ясування інтересів головних регіональних акторів – росії, Туреччини і Ірану – та аналізу форм прояву цих інтересів у період 2-ї карабаської війни. Використано метод історизму при аналізі історії розвитку конфлікту, порівняльний метод для аналізу ступеня та динаміки присутності у регіоні РФ, Туреччини і Ірану, системно-структурний аналіз для відображення цілісної картини реалізації інтересів головних регіональних акторів. Констатовано, що РФ, сприймаючи регіон Південного Кавказу як частину власної сфери впливу, стабільно прагне зберігати тут свою присутність. росія традиційно розглядає Вірменією як ключового союзника, надаючи їй військову підтримку, водночас позиціонуючи себе посередником між Єреваном і Баку та гарантом стабільності у регіоні загалом. Свідченням певної успішності такої стратегії стало розгортання миротворчих сил РФ в Нагірному Карабасі після угоди про припинення вогню у листопаді 2020 р. The article examines the current stage of the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh from the standpoint of clarifying the interests of the main regional actors – russia, Turkey, and Iran – and analyses the forms of manifestation of these interests during the 2nd Karabakh War. The method of historicism was used in the analysis of the history of the development of the conflict, a comparative method was used to analyse the degree and dynamics of the presence in the region of the russian federation, Turkey, and Iran, and a system-structural analysis was used to reflect a holistic picture of the realization of the interests of the main regional actors. It was established that the russian federation, perceiving the region of the South Caucasus as part of its own sphere of influence, steadily strives to maintain its presence here. russia has traditionally treated Armenia as a key ally, providing it with military support, while positioning itself as a mediator between Yerevan and Baku and a guarantor of stability in the region as a whole. The deployment of peacekeeping forces of the Russian Federation in NagornoKarabakh after the cease-fire agreement in November 2020 was evidence of the certain success of such a strategy.
