Трансформація інформаційного простору України під впливом російської агресії: зміни та виклики

Abstract

Ця стаття розглядає еволюцію інформаційного простору України в контексті російської агресії. Інформаційний простір став суттєвим аспектом сучасного світу, і його еволюція може мати важливий вплив на стабільність, безпеку та суспільний розвиток країни. Україна, зазнавши російської агресії, стала свідком і учасником інформаційної війни, яка визначила нові виклики та загрози її інформаційній безпеці. В даній статті буде розглянуто різні аспекти еволюції інформаційного простору України, включаючи вплив російської пропаганди та дезінформації, зміни у медіа, соціальних мережах та інших інформаційних засобах. Також буде проаналізовано роль інформаційної війни у російській агресії та методи її впливу на українське суспільство. На основі цього аналізу буде надано оцінку заходів, які були прийняті для зміцнення інформаційної безпеки України Зокрема, досліджено зміни та виклики, з якими Україна стикалася під впливом інформаційної війни, а також розглянуто заходи та стратегії, що були прийняті для забезпечення інформаційної безпеки та стійкості до дезінформації та пропаганди. Вона докладно розглядає зміни, які відбулися у медіа, соціальних мережах, традиційних мас-медіа та інших інформаційних засобах, під впливом російської пропаганди. Автор також аналізує вплив цих змін на публічну думку та інформаційну безпеку. В статті розглядаються основні тенденції та зміни, що відбулися в інформаційному середовищі України за останє десятиріччя, зокрема вплив пропаганди, дезінформації та кібератак. Стаття аналізує ефективність цих заходів, надає рекомендації для подальшого покращення інформаційної безпеки та стійкості до інформаційної війни, і робить висновки щодо майбутнього розвитку інформаційного простору України під впливом російської агресії. Дослідження наголошує на важливості підвищення інформаційної грамотності серед громадян, співпраці з міжнародними союзниками та підтримці незалежних медіа. Тhis article examines the evolution of Ukraine’s information space in the context of Russian aggression. This information space has become an essential aspect of the modern world, and its evolution can have an important impact on the stability, security and social development of a country. Ukraine, having experienced Russian aggression, became a witness and a participant in the information war, which identified new challenges and threats to its information security. This article will consider various aspects of the evolution of the information space of Ukraine, including the influence of Russian propaganda and disinformation, changes in the media, social networks and other means of information. The role of information warfare in Russian aggression and methods of its influence on Ukrainian society will also be analyzed. Based on this analysis, an assessment of the measures taken to strengthen Ukraine’s information security will be provided. In particular, the changes and challenges faced by Ukraine under the influence of information warfare will be examined, as well as the measures and strategies taken to ensure information security and resilience to disinformation and propaganda. She examines in detail the changes that have taken place in the media, social networks, traditional mass media and other means of information, under the influence of Russian propaganda. The author also analyzes the impact of these changes on public opinion and information security. The article examines the main trends and changes that have occurred in the information environment of Ukraine over the last decade, including the impact of propaganda, disinformation, and cyber attacks. The article analyzes the effectiveness of these measures, provides recommendations for further improvement of information security and resistance to information warfare, and draws conclusions regarding the future development of Ukraine’s information space under the influence of Russian aggression. The study emphasizes the importance of increasing information literacy among citizens, cooperation with international allies and support for independent media. The final part of the article highlights the prospects for the future development of the information space of Ukraine and calls for attention and responsibility in the field of information security.
