Інституційні чинники інформаційної політики євроінтеграції України: безпековий вимір

Abstract

This article explores the analysis of institutional factors of information policy of European integration in the context of the security dimension under Russian aggression. Specifically, it examines the role of institutional structures, mechanisms for protecting the information space, and ways to counter disinformation and propaganda. The article analyzes the role of government bodies, media, non-governmental organizations, and civil society structures in shaping and implementing information policies aimed at safeguarding the information space amidst Russian aggression. The article also provides examples of successful practices and challenges faced by European countries in countering Russian propaganda and disinformation. It emphasizes the importance of international cooperation and knowledge exchange for the development of effective information policies aimed at ensuring the security of the information space. The Ukrainian experience in implementing information policy considering the security dimension is also discussed, highlighting the main achievements and challenges that Ukraine has faced and is currently countering. The main goal of this research is to study and analyze the institutional factors of information policy of European integration in the context of the security dimension. The research aims to uncover the role of various institutional structures, including government bodies, media, and non-governmental organizations, in shaping and implementing effective information policies. It aims to identify key factors influencing information policy in the context of European integration and security, as well as understand their interrelation and impact on the information space. The ultimate goal is to develop strategies and recommendations that will enhance the effectiveness of Ukraine’s information policy in the context of European integration and countering Russian aggression. The research aims to contribute to the development of scientific knowledge and promote the formation of effective strategies in this field. В даній статті досліджується аналіз інституційних чинників інформаційної політики євроінтеграції в контексті безпекового виміру в умовах російської агресії. Зокрема, розглядаються роль інституційних структур, механізми захисту інформаційного простору та способи протидії дезінформації та пропаганді. Проаналізовано роль державних органів, ЗМІ, недержавних організацій та громадських структур у формуванні та реалізації інформаційної політики, спрямованої на захист інформаційного простору в контексті російської агресії. Стаття також надає приклади успішних практик та викликів, з якими стикаються європейські держави у протидії російській пропаганді та дезінформації. Вона акцентує на важливості міжнародного співробітництва та обміну досвідом для розвитку ефективної інформаційної політики, спрямованої на забезпечення безпеки інформаційного простору. Також розглянуто український досвід впровадження інформаційної політики з урахуванням безпекового виміру та виявлено основні досягнення та виклики, з якими стикалась Україна та виклики яким вона протидіє зараз. Основною метою даного наукового дослідження є вивчення і аналіз інституційних чинників інформаційної політики євроінтеграції в контексті безпекового виміру. Дослідження спрямоване на розкриття ролі різних інституційних структур, включаючи державні органи, ЗМІ та недержавні організації, у формуванні та реалізації ефективної інформаційної політики. Метою є виявлення ключових чинників, які впливають на інформаційну політику в контексті євроінтеграції та безпеки, а також розуміння їхнього взаємозв’язку та впливу на інформаційний простір. Основна мета полягає в розробці стратегій та рекомендацій, які сприятимуть підвищенню ефективності інформаційної політики України в контексті євроінтеграції та протидії російській агресії. Дослідження має на меті зробити внесок у розвиток наукових знань і сприяти формуванню ефективних стратегій в цій сфері.
