Abstract

У дисертації порушується питання формування в майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва фахової компетентності на засадах міждисциплінарної координації як чинника сприяння успішності виконання ними різновекторної та багатофункціональної діяльності. Важливість сформованості фахової компетентності в здобувачів вищої освіти визначена її значущістю для формування в сучасних школярів здатності сприймати духовну й художню цінність змісту музичних феноменів з метою сприяння їх особистісному становленню, удосконаленню пізнавальних, комунікативних, поведінкових і художньо-творчих властивостей. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена недостатньою розробленістю означених питань у мистецькій освіті та наявністю суперечностей, що виникають у процесі підготовки майбутніх фахівців до професійної діяльності, а саме: – між потужними здобутками педагогіки щодо формування професійної компетентності та недостатньою увагою до конкретизації означеного процесу в галузі музичної освіти як системного й багатофункціонального утворення; – розробленими в музичній педагогіці методиками формування в майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва фахової компетентності і недостатнім врахуванням у них інноваційно-формувального потенціалу технологій міждисциплінарної координації; представленими в науково-методичній літературі методами екстраполяції освітніх здобутків у площину педагогічної практики та нерозробленістю засобів їх впровадження на засадах міждисциплінарної координації і врахування особливостей художньо-пізнавальної, комунікативної й музично-творчої діяльності школярів нової генерації. The thesis raises the issue of forming professional competence in future music teachers on the basis of interdisciplinary coordination as a factor contributing to the success of their multi-vector and multifunctional activities. The importance of mastering professional competence by students of higher education is determined by its importance for forming in modern school students the ability to perceive the spiritual and artistic value of the content of musical phenomena and thereby contribute to their personal development, improvement of cognitive, communicative, behavioral, artistic and creative properties. The relevance of the study is determined by the insufficient development of the specified issues in art education and the presence of contradictions that arise in the process of training future specialists for professional activity, namely:  between the powerful achievements of pedagogy regarding the formation of professional competence and insufficient attention to the specification of this process in the field of music education as a systemic and multifunctional education; between the methods developed in music pedagogy for the formation of professional competence in future music teachers and insufficient consideration of the innovative and formative potential of interdisciplinary coordination technologies; between the methods of extrapolation of educational achievements in the field of pedagogical practice presented in the scientific and methodological literature and the lack of development of the means of their implementation on the basis of interdisciplinary coordination and taking into account the peculiarities of the artistic-cognitive, communicative and musical-creative activities of school students of the new generation.
