Про можливі виклики та загрози реалізації концепції цифрового майбутнього «Суспільства 5.0»

Abstract

Relevance of the topic. The rapid digitalization of virtually all spheres of modern society brings to life social processes that show signs of both uncontrollability and irreversibility. Even today there is an urgent need for a philosophical understanding of how much they can be controlled by man, and most importantly to correspond to his nature, formed and tested over the centuries the system of values and worldviews. The aim of the article is to study the concepts of “Industry 4.0” and “Society 5.0” in terms of their possible benefits and threats to humanity. Research methods: general scientific methods (deduction, induction, analysis, synthesis), as well as historical and axiological methods are used. Research results: The paper shows that the concepts of the future digital society “Industry 4.0” and “Society 5.0” are the product of two opposite in value and worldview, dominating in the modern world socio-cultural paradigms – Western and Far Eastern(Asian), respectively. The thesis is substantiated that the Western paradigm remains anthropocentric in nature due to the constant reproduction and translation of its values and worldviews in the education system, in particular, where the humanities play a significant role. It was found that the concept of “Society 5.0” is quite consistent with the mentality, the system of values of the bearers of Eastern culture (Japanese, in particular). It is shown that due to significant differences of these sociocultural paradigms, despite the fact that scientific and technological culture in modern society is becoming as the main determinant of social dynamics, can not play the role of a unifying factor, that would lead to their complete merger (convergence). It is emphasized that the greatest threats to humanity are the implementation of the concept of “Society 5.0”, which as its main tools identifies the further dehumanization of culture and the cultivation of consumer hedonism. Актуальність теми. Стрімка диджіталізація практично всіх сфер сучасного суспільства викликає до життя соціальні процеси, котрі носять ознаки як некерованості, так і незворотності. Вже сьогодні існує гостра потреба філософського осмислення того, наскільки вони можуть контрольованими людиною, а головне відповідати її природі, сформованій та апробованій віками системі цінностей та світоглядним орієнтирам. Метою статті є дослідження концепцій «Індустрія 4.0» та «Суспільство 5.0» з точки зору їх можливих переваг та загроз для людства. Методи дослідження: використано загальнонаукові методи (дедукції, індукції, аналізу, синтезу), а також історичний та аксіологічний методи. Результати дослідження: В роботі показано, що концепцій майбутнього цифрового суспільства «Індустрія 4.0» та «Суспільство 5.0» є породженням двох протилежних за своїм ціннісно-світоглядним спрямуванням, домінуючих у сучасному світі соціокультурних парадигм – Західної та Далекосхідної, відповідно. Обгрунтовано тезу, що Західна парадигма залишається за своїм характером антропоцентричною завдяки постійному відтворенню та трансляції своїх ціннісно-світоглядних орієнтирів в системі освіти, зокрема, де гуманітаристиці відводиться значна роль. З`ясовано, що концепція «Суспільства 5.0» є цілком відповідною менталітету, системі цінностей носіїв культури Сходу (японців, зокрема). Показано, що в силу істотних відмінностей означених соціокультурних парадигм, попри те, що науково-технічна культури в сучасному суспільстві стає головною детермінантою соціальної динаміки, не зможе відігравати роль об`єднуючого чинника, котрий призвів би до їх повного злиття (конвергенції). Наголошується, що найбільші загрози для людства несе реалізація концепції «Суспільства 5.0», котра у якості своїх головних інструментів визначає подальшу дегуманізацію людини та культивування споживацького гедонізму.
