Політичний простір у вимірах соціальної топології

Abstract

The article analyzes the topological parameters of structuring the social system political space based on concepts and approaches of modern social theory. The relevance of the study is due to the constant changes in the organization of social relations, which encourages clarifying the nature of the social objects and structures functioning. The aim of the study is to reveal through the prism of social topology the specifics of the political space deployment as a set of relations between agents and institutions, expressed in political practices. To achieve the goal, dialectical, structural-functional, hermeneutic, comparative methods were used. Topological methodology creates conditions for understanding the structural organization and dynamics of the social system political space development. As a dynamic structure of social space, the topology reflects the transformation of social processes, events, and phenomena. Social topology, on the one hand, studies the invariant social properties of individual and collective agents, on the other – becomes a structure in which the set of these properties is revealed. In other words, the social topology makes it possible to establish the location, structure, direction, method of deployment of social phenomena by identifying social differences, properties of social positions, the nature of practices, and practical schemes. Topos as similar or close positions form a mutual similarity of social phenomena, which make up many causal relationships. Social topology, on the one hand, studies the invariant social properties of individual and collective agents, on the other – becomes a structure in which the set of these properties is revealed. In other words, the social topology makes it possible to establish the location, structure, direction, method of deployment of social phenomena by identifying social differences, properties of social positions, the nature of practices, and practical schemes. Topos as similar or close positions form a mutual similarity of social phenomena, which form a set of causal relationships. Individuals, groups, institutions as agents of action are defined according to the position in the social system. Topological structures form the content of social relations, and topos is a discrete manifestation of the continuum of social relations in a certain local social order. Political space as a result of the synthesis of social practices unfolding in different spheres of society and involving the improvement of state power to organize and coordinate actions to achieve certain goals is the most dynamic space given the nature and distribution of social energy. Political space is characterized by structural properties, and functionates in the form of real relations, objectified in political institutions and practices. У статті на основі концепцій та підходів сучасної соціальної теорії аналізуються топологічні параметри структурування політичного простору соціальної системи. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена постійними змінами в організації соціальних відносин, що спонукає до з’ясування природи функціонування соціальних об’єктів та структур. Мета дослідження полягає у розкритті через призму соціальної топології специфіки розгортання політичного простору як сукупності відносин агентів та інституцій, що виражені у політичних практиках. Для досягнення мети застосовано діалектичний, структурно-функціональний, герменевтичний, компаративний методи. Топологічна методологія створює умови для осмислення структурної організації та динаміки розвитку політичного простору соціальної системи. Як динамічна структура соціального простору топологія відображає трансформацію суспільних процесів, подій, явищ. Соціальна топологія, з одного боку, вивчає інваріантні соціальні властивості індивідуальних і колективних агентів, з іншого – постає структурою, у якій виявляється сукупність цих властивостей. Іншими словами, соціальна топологія дає змогу встановити розміщення, структуру, напрямок, спосіб розгортання соціальних явищ шляхом виявлення соціальних відмінностей, властивостей соціальних позицій, характеру практик та практичних схем. Топоси як подібні чи близькі позиції формують взаємну схожість соціальних феноменів, які складають множину причинно-наслідкових зв’язків. Індивіди, групи, інституції як агенти дії визначаються відповідно до позиції у соціальній системі. Топологічні структури формують зміст соціальних відносин, а топос є дискретним проявом континууму соціальних відносин у певному локальному соціальному порядку. Політичний простір як результат синтезу соціальних практик, що розгортаються у різних сферах суспільства і передбачають удосконалення державної влади для організації та координації дій заради досягнення визначених цілей, є найбільш динамічним простором з огляду на природу і розподіл соціальної енергії. Політичний простір характеризується структурними властивостями і функціонує у формі реальних відносин, що об’єктивовані у політичних інституціях та практиках.
