Деякі аспекти формування педагогічної позиції в майбутніх учителів

Abstract

Метою статті є визначення на основі аналізу відповідної наукової літератури авторського погляду щодо трактування поняття "педагогічна позиція" та умов її ефективного формування в майбутніх учителів у ВНЗ. У публікації педагогічна позиція вчителя розглядається як складне особистісне утворення, яке формується під впливом зовнішнього середовища й виявляється у ставленні фахівця до різних аспектів педагогічної діяльності. The article is aimed at establishing through analyses of appropriate scientific literature the author’s point of view as for interpretation of the concept “pedagogical position” and conditions of its effective formation at future teachers at institutes of higher education. In this article teachers’ pedagogical position is considered to be a complex individual phenomenon whose formation is influenced by environment and is revealed through specialist’s attitude towards different aspects of pedagogical activity.
