Комунікативні бар'єри в професійному спілкуванні співробітників органів внутрішніх справ та їх мінімізація

Abstract

У статті досліджуються комунікативні бар'єри, які ускладнюють процес спілкування й фактори, умови, які його оптимізують. Встановлюється залежність між комунікативною компетенцією й результативністю службової діяльності співробітників органів внутрішніх справ. Зроблено висновок, що існує залежність результату праці від рівня комунікативних і організаторських схильностей: при високому й середньому рівні маємо високі показники службової діяльності, при низькому – вони помітно зменшуються. The article analyzes communicative barriers, which aggravate the process of intercourse, as well as some factors and terms optimizing it. It ascertains dependence between communicative competence and effectiveness of professional activity of the staff of institutions of internal affairs. It appears that a work result depends on the level of communicative and organizational inclinations, i.e. at the high and medium levels of the latter the indices of professional activity are high, at the low one - they noticeably diminish.
