Політичний перфоманс як чинник антикризового політичного менеджменту

Abstract

The issue of the situation of political crisis requires quick decisions and political-communication actions that can influence the political situation, change the attitude of citizens to the government or the opposition, to form a certain public opinion. The features of political performance that distinguish it from standard political advertising, propaganda and political public relations as part of anti-crisis technological political tools are studied. Possibilities of crisis on the basis of social dissatisfaction as a probabilistic environment for instrumental application of political performance are established. The specifics of the perception of the development of events in society as a crisis, based on the postulates of the structures of consciousness, which define a certain anti-crisis activity of power management as optimal or failed. The article uses professional methods of modern political science. In particular, the communicative approach (establishes the features of political performance as a communicative phenomenon), comparative analysis (compares the meaning and impact of political performance and other methods of political crisis management). Professional methods include sociocultural analysis and scenario-prognostic method. They help to determine the significance of the performance elements of anti-crisis plans to “create events” and give them persuasiveness and credibility. Attention is paid to the peculiarities of political performance in the prevention of crisis expectations and crisis behavior. The importance of political performance as a factor in demonstrating the integration of a liberal democratic society based on the values of mutual understanding and tolerance is considered. The specifics of influencing the behavior and consciousness of citizens on the basis of emotionally colored images, which are deeply rooted in popular culture based on the understanding of performance as a theatrical action. It is proved that the political-performance message is focused primarily on sensory perception and emotional background, and so on. It has been established that specific participants in crisis events (mostly the political opposition) use clothing and accessories for political identification and demonstration of symbols. The significance of the correct application of the performance political-communication strategy is revealed only under the condition of professional anti-crisis management. It was found that the perception of anti-crisis policy is not rationally critical. It is proved that the leading factors of the anti-crisis impact of political performance are suddenness and surprise, creative nature, relevance of the audience and means, goal setting and project approach. Політична криза вимагає швидких рішень та політико-комунікаційних дій, здатних вплинути на політичну ситуацію, змінити ставлення громадян до влади або опозиції, сформувати певну громадську думку. Вивчено особливості політичного перфомансу, які відрізняють його від стандартної політичної реклами, пропаганди та політичних паблік рілейшнз як частини антикризового політико-технологічного інструментарію. Встановлено можливості виникнення кризи на основі соціального невдоволення як імовірнісним середовищем для інструментального застосування політичного перформансу. З’ясовано специфіку сприйняття розвитку подій у суспільстві як кризового, що ґрунтується на постулатах структур свідомості, які визначають певну антикризову діяльність владного менеджменту як оптимальну або провальну. У статті застосовуються фахові методи сучасних політичних наук, зокрема: комунікативний підхід (встановлює особливості політичного перфомансу як комунікативного явища), порівняльний аналіз (порівнює значення та вплив політичного перфомансу та інших методів політичного антикризового управління). Фахові методи включають соціокультурний аналіз та сценарно-прогностичний метод. Вони допомагають визначити значення перфомансних елементів антикризових планів зі «створення подій» та надають їм переконливість і вірогідність. Увага приділяється особливостям політичного перфомансу в рамках запобігання кризовим очікуванням та кризовій поведінці. Розглядається значення політичного перфомансу як чинника демонстрації інтеграції ліберального демократичного суспільства на основі цінностей взаєморозуміння і толерантності. Встановлено специфіку впливу на поведінку і свідомість громадян на основі емоційно забарвлених образів, які глибоко укорінені в популярній культурі на основі розуміння перформансу як театрального дійства. Доведено, що політико-перфомансний меседж орієнтований перш за все на чуттєве сприйняття й емоційне тло тощо. Встановлено, що конкретні учасники кризових подій (здебільшого політична опозиція) використовують одяг та аксесуари для політичної ідентифікації та демонстрації символіки. Розкрито значення правильного застосування перфомансної політико-комунікаційної стратегії, що можливе лише за умови фахового антикризового менеджменту. З’ясовано, що сприйняття антикризової політики не є раціонально-критичним. Доведено, що провідними чинниками антикризового впливу політичного перформансу є раптовість та несподіваність, креативний характер, відповідність аудиторії та засобів, визначення мети та проєктний підхід.
