Оцінювання професійного розвитку науково-педагогічних працівників вищого навчального закладу

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовується модель професійного розвитку працівника вищого навчального закладу, виокремлюються складові професійної діяльності науково-педагогічного працівника вищого навчального закладу та описується інструментарій оцінювання професійного розвитку науковопедагогічного працівника вищого навчального закладу. Також наводяться приклади використання динамічно-циклічної моделі професійного розвитку науково-педагогічного працівника вищого навчального закладу. The article substantiates the model of professional development of an employee of a higher educational institution, identifies the components of professional activities of the scientific and pedagogical employee of the higher educational institution and describes the tools for assessing the professional development of the scientific and pedagogical employee of the higher educational institution. There are also examples of using a dynamic-cyclical model of professional development scientific and pedagogical employee of a higher educational institution.
