| Abstract: | У статті на основі аналізу загальних проблем, які виникають у процесі діяльності в науково-педагогічних працівників вітчизняних вищих навчальних закладів, виділяються особливі, притаманні спеціалістам кафедри туризму. Дається характеристика кадрового складу кафедр, визначається професійний потенціал їх науково-педагогічних працівників. In the article on the basis of the analysis of the general problems which arise in the course of activity at scientific and pedagogical workers of domestic higher educational establishments, special, inherent in experts of chair of tourism are allocated. The characteristic of personnel of departments is given, the professional potential of their scientific and pedagogical workers is defined. |
