The innovative development for managing of pedagogical universities

Abstract

In the paper urgent directions for managing of innovative development of pedagogical universities are identified and analyzed. The author notes that such components of the educational system of Ukraine as the content of educational activities, staffing, teaching resources, material and technical base, evaluation and monitoring results should be reformed. The article defines the conditions and means of implementing the theoretical foundations that provide the ability to select the predictive directions of innovative development of pedagogical universities. The author stresses that for the innovative development of universities should be reforming the education system components such as the content of educational activities, staffing, training and methodological support, physical infrastructure, evaluation and control results should be reformed. Modernization of education management can become a driving force of the educational process, a factor in the quality of national education at the time of entring into the single European and global space.
