Abstract

У статті розглядається проблема формування методології культурологічного дослідження феномену організаційної культури в контексті дослідження сучасних процесів культуротворення. На основі описання та систематизації основних теоретичних підходів до вивчення організаційної культури сучасного підприємства автор робить висновок щодо перспектив синтезування соціологічних концепцій організаційної культури в предметному просторі культурології. The problem of formation of the methodology of cultural studies of the phenomenon of organizational culture in the context of the study of contemporary processes of cultural development. Based on the description and systematization of the main theoretical approaches to the study of the organizational culture of the modern enterprise author concludes about the prospects for the synthesis of sociological concepts of organizational culture in the subject field of cultural studies.
