Альтруїзм і людяність у травматичному досвіді людства

Abstract

У статті здійснюється спроба виявити гуманістичний та альтруїстичний потенціали виховних комеморативних практик, пов’язаних з травматичним досвідом Голодомору і Голокосту. Доводиться, що виховання альтруїзму та людяності на особистісному рівні моральної свідомості пов’язане з переживанням людських страждань. Підкреслюється, що звернення у виховних практиках до травматичного досвіду вимагає особливої педагогічної та антропологічної чутливості. The practical education of altruism and humanism based on the experiences of the events of the Holocaust and the Holodomor are analyzed. The article argues that modern man’s sense of altruism possesses intellectual, emotional and volitional components. The moral side of altruism can be understood through the moral imperative of I. Kant. Educating humanism and altruism by means of education and training is associated with a sense of the sublime. Sense of altruism is formed not with the help of politicized and ideological, but anthropocentric history. This involves an appeal to the past through the prism of everyday life and the specific stories of altruistic actions of ordinary people. The emotional intensity of such events encourages sublime and tragic at the same time feelings. Events with a negative constitution of identity, such as the Holodomor and the Holocaust, which are denying humanity, human dignity, self-respect, make people reflect on the problem of mankind survival on the levels of personal and national existence. Referring in educational practices to the traumatic experience requires special pedagogical and anthropological sensitivity.
