Підготовка магістрантів педагогічних університетів до організації кредитно-модульного навчання

Abstract

У дисертації досліджено підготовку магістрантів педагогічних університетів до організації кредитно-модульного навчання як процес формування професійно-педагогічної компетентності випускника університету; визначено й обґрунтовано складові професійно-педагогічної компетентності магістрантів педагогічних університетів до організації кредитно-модульного навчання (аутопсихологічна, науково-предметна, проектувальна компетентності); виявлено педагогічні умови підготовки магістрантів педагогічних університетів до організації кредитно-модульного навчання. Training of graduate students of pedagogical universities in the organizing of credit-module teaching as a process of professional and pedagogical competence development of university graduates has been researched; the components of professional and pedagogical competence of graduate students of pedagogical universities have been defined and grounded (autopsyhological, scientific and subject, designing competences); the pedagogical conditions of graduate students training have been discovered (orientation of the content of graduate students training toward the organization of credit-transfer system of education; providing of graduate students with skills and habits of credit-module teaching organization.
