Формування організаційної компетентності майбутніх учителів у процесі професійної підготовки

Abstract

У дисертації вперше визначено сутність і компонентну структуру (когнітивно-конативний, особистісний та управлінський компоненти) організаційної компетентності; визначено критерії (знаннєво-діяльнісний, комунікаційно-вольовий, рефлексивно-конструктивний), показники, якісні характеристики рівнів (достатній, середній, низький) сформованості зазначеної компетентності; розроблено модель реалізації педагогічних умов формування організаційної компетентності в майбутніх учителів, визначено поняття «організаційна компетентність майбутніх учителів»; уточнено поняття «компетентність», «професійна компетентність учителя», «організаторська діяльність»; розроблено й експериментально перевірено методику діагностики рівнів сформованості організаційної компетентності майбутніх учителів. In the dissertation the essence and the component structure of the organizing competence (cogni-tive-conative, personal and managerial components) have been defined; the criteria (knowledge and activ-ity, communicative and volitional, reflexive and constructive), indices, qualitative characteristics of the levels (sufficient, medium, low) of the indicated competence were determined; the model of the pedagog-ical conditions contributing to the future teachers’ organizing competence development was worked out; the concept “the future teachers’ organizing competence” was defined; the notions “competence”, “pro-fessional competence of a teacher”, “organizing activity” were specified; the techniques aimed at identi-fying the levels of the future teachers’ organizing competence formation were elaborated and experimen-tally tested. The materials of the research have found their practical use in the special course “The basis of future teachers’ organizing competence development” that has been introduced at the department.
