До проблеми з’ясування особливостей сучасного розуміння діалектики як методологічної системи

Abstract

In the article there is a substantiation of the intransitive meaningfulness of the dialectics as a method for the modern stage of the development of science and cognition in general. The dialectical method is interpreted as a certain integrity which contains the special scientific methods, but it can not be reduced neither to one of them nor to their unity. The urgency of Hegel’s dialectics and laws for construction of legal and democratic Ukrainian state is marked in the work. представленій роботі обґрунтовано неперехідну значущість діалектики як методу для сучасного етапу розвитку науки, пізнання взагалі. Діалектичний метод тлумачать як певну цілісність, яка містить у собі спеціальні наукові методи, але не зводиться ні до кожного з них зокрема, ні до їхньої суми. Відзначено актуальність діалектики та законів Гегеля для розбудови правової й демократичної Української держави.
