Формування та функціонування української політичної еліти у період Гетьманщини (XVII-XVIII ст.) та часи незалежності (напр. XX-поч. XXI ст.): порівняльний аналіз

Abstract

В дисертації аналізуються процеси трансформації політичної еліти Української держави XVII – XVIII ст. і кінця XX – на поч. XXI ст. Порівняльний аналіз спрямований на виявлення спільних і особливих ознак елітотворення в трансформаційні політичні періоди. З’ясовуються причини становлення і деградації правлячої верхівки Гетьманщини та деструктивні чинники в діях сучасної еліти. Розглянуто політико-культурні орієнтації української еліти на зламних етапах історії. In the dissertation analyzes the processes of transformation of the political elite of the Ukrainian State XVII – XVIII century and the end of XX – the beginning of XXI century. The comparative analysis is to reveal the general and particular signs of elite formation in the transformation of the political periods. The reasons of formation and degradation of the ruling elite of the Hetman state and destructive factors in the actions of the modern elite are determined. The political and cultural orientation of the Ukrainian elite in history is considered. The methods of political struggle with the ruling elite and the opposition counter elite are characterized.
