Постановка проблеми модернізації професійно-педагогічної підготовки майбутніх фахівців з фізичного виховання: суперечності та перспективи вирішення

Abstract

Статті розглядаються проблеми інтенсивної перебудови окремих параметрів навчання майбутніх фахівців з фізичного виховання та спорту, зокрема тих, що посилюють їх професійно-педагогічну кваліфікацію, не порушуючи конструктивних напрацювань минулого. Визначається потреба суттєвого оновлення змісту, форм, методів, засобів і прийомів навчання, яке дасть змогу підвищити якість педагогічної кваліфікації випускників та її суперечність з відсутністю обґрунтованих і експериментально перевірених організаційно-педагогічних умов модернізації професійно-педагогічної підготовки майбутніх фахівців з фізичного виховання. The article analyzes the issue of intensive reconstruction of some parameters of training future specialists in physical education and sports, in particular those reinforcing their professional pedagogical qualification without destroying constructive groundwork of the past. We state the demand for essential renovation of educational contents, forms, methods and techniques, which enables improving the quality of pedagogical qualification of graduate students and eliminate contradictions arising due to the absence of grounded and experimentally verified organizational pedagogical conditions of modernization of professional pedagogical training of future specialists in physical education. We establish the fact that young graduates of physical education faculties demonstrate a low level of pedagogical capabilities and techniques, superficial abilities of projecting and building future professional activity on the reflexive basis, using educational environment in terms of self-education, self-upbringing and self-improving.
