Мифы межпарадигмального перехода

Abstract

Актуальность темы статьи определяется как благотворностью особенностей переходного периода общественного развития для распространения мифов, так и весомым значением мифов для определения последующей траектории жизни страны. Предмет исследования – природа, характеристики и возможности воздействия мифа на переходное состояние общества. Цель статьи – выявление и характеристика черт мифа, свойственных переходному состоянию общества применительно к отличиям нашего времени и возможностям оптимизации организационно-управленческого арсенала. Методология проведения работы базируется на общей теории общественного развития применительно к исследованию переходных эпох, а также изучении особенностей мифа как основы регулятивных воздействий. Информационную базу исследования составляют нормативные акты, отечественные и зарубежные публикации, исследования по вопросам развития самоорганизации, инструментарии сознательного воздействия на социально-политические процессы. Результаты работы: проведен анализ подходов и возможностей / ограничений использования инструментария мифа для воздействия на социально-политические процессы. Предложены пути повышения его продуктивности. Так, миф – средство формирования отношения, а потому выступает фактором восприятия окружающей среды и воздействия извне: на человека, группу / слой, общество. Вместе с тем переходный межпарадигмальный период сталкивает не только стратегии прошлого и будущего, но и варианты возможных перспектив. Сейчас половодье мифов объективно нарастает как из-за «текучей реальности» новой эпохи, так и из-за сжатости сроков бурных перемен. В борьбе перспектив и орбит дальнейшего развития событий существенной становится субъектность перемен: кто и в чьих интересах их осуществляет. Соответственно, какие-то из мифов становятся доминантными, государственно одобряемыми, какие-то – подавленными. Между тем характер формирующейся эпохи делает важнейшим фактором международной и внутренней жизни осознанную активность. Таким образом усиливается противоречие между манипулируемостью и сознательным выбором, лёгкостью в управляемости и качеством мышления. Резкое расширение поля рисков и возможностей с парадигмальными трансформациями увеличивает требования как к менеджерам, так и к народному контролю за ними. Максимизация просоциальной творческой активности включает отнюдь не только сферы. Результаты работы позволяют использование материала статьи как в образовательном процессе, так и на практике. The relevance of the topic of the article is determined both by the beneficial features of the transitional period of social development for the spread of myths, and by the significant significance of myths (in particular, political ones) to determine the subsequent trajectory of the country’s life. The subject of the study is the nature, characteristics and possibilities of the influence of myth on the transitional state of society. The purpose of the article is to identify and characterize the features of myth inherent in the transitional state of society in relation to the differences of our time and the possibilities of optimizing the organizational and managerial arsenal. The methodology of the work is based on the general theory of social development in relation to the study of transitional eras, as well as the study of the characteristics of myth as the basis of regulatory influences. The research information base is constituted by normative acts, domestic and foreign publications, studies on the development of both self-organization and the tools of conscious influence on socio-political processes. Results of the work - the analysis of approaches and possibilities / limitations of the use of myth tools to influence socio-political processes. Ways to increase its productivity are proposed. So, a myth is a means of forming a relationship, therefore it acts as a factor in both the perception of the environment and external influences: on a person, group / layer, society. At the same time, the transitional inter-paradigm period confronts not only the strategies of the past with the future, but also options for possible prospects. Now the flood of myths is objectively increasing both because of the “fluid reality” of the new era, and because of the tightness of the time for rapid changes. In the struggle of prospects and orbits for the further development of events, the subjectivity of changes becomes significant: who and in whose interests carries them out. Accordingly, which of the myths become dominant, state approved, which are suppressed. Meanwhile, the nature of the emerging era makes conscious activity the most important factor in international and domestic life. So, the contradiction between manipulability and conscious choice, ease of controllability and quality of thinking is intensifying. A sharp expansion of the field of risks and opportunities with paradigmatic transformations increases the requirements for both managers and national control over them. Maximization of prosocial creative activity includes not only spheres. The results of the work allow the use of article material both in the educational process and in practice.
