Abstract

У статті есплікується поняття «інформаційні ресурси» як сукупність результатів інтелектуальної людської праці. З’ясована їх структура як цілеспрямованої діяльності соціуму по формуванню сукупного суспільного інтелекту, розвитку інформаційних технологій, процесів інформатизації. Акцентована увага на процесі виробництва інформаційних послуг, поширенні ринку інформаційних ресурсів.
