Соціокультурний дискурс поняття «правова ідентифікація»

Abstract

Зміни, що відбуваються в сучасному світі, сучасна соціокультурна ситуація вимагають від сучасної людини мобільності й адекватної відповіді на сучасні вимоги суспільства, ставлять її перед необхідністю перегляду традиційних цілей та орієнтирів. У статті автори показують, що в педагогічному плані це означає, що основним результатом освіти повинна стати не система знань, умінь і навиків сама по собі, а набір сучасних ключових компетенцій в інтелектуальній, соціально-правовій, комунікативній, інформаційній сферах. У виявленні ідентифікації власної життєвої траєкторії, набутті досвіду самостійної діяльності та особистої відповідальності людини праву сьогодні належить особливе місце. Автори підкреслюють, що позицією самого діючого, його ідентичністю визначаються ситуації в правовому просторі. Від його цілей, ціннісних установок, особистих уподобань залежить вибір того або іншого способу дії. Знайомство з правовими ситуаціями як ситуаціями вибору, аналіз позиції та дій людини, яка є їхнім суб’єктом, створює умови для особистісного самовизначення – для пошуку відповіді на питання «Хто я?, Що я хочу?». Changes taking place in the modern world, the modern social and cultural situation, require the mobility of modern man and an adequate response to the requirements of modern society, and put it in front of the need to revise the traditional goals and targets. The authors show that the pedagogical terms, this means that the main result of education should not be a system of knowledge and skills in itself, but a set of core competencies in modern intellectual, social, legal, communication, information fields. In identifying the identification own life trajectory, gaining experience of independent activity and personal responsibility law today a special place. The authors emphasize that the position of acting, its identity is defined situation in the legal space. From its goals, values, personal preferences affect the choice of a particular mode of action. Familiarity with the legal situation as a choice situation, analysis of the position and actions of the person who is their subject, creates the conditions for personal self-determination – to find an answer to the question «Who am?, What do want?»
