У статті описано державне регулювання лізингової діяльності, яке в кожній країні має свої особливості. Лізинг - одна з найважливіших складових інвестиційної політики в багатьох державах. Він є одним з інструментів інвестування на ринку фінансових послуг, які найбільш швидко розвиваються, та одним з пріоритетних механізмів фінансування більшості компаній світу. The article describes the state regulation of leasing activities, which has its own characteristics in each country. Leasing is one of the most important components of investment policy in many countries. It is one of the fastest growing investment instruments in the financial services market and one of the priority financing mechanisms for most companies in the world.
