Онтологічні засади інтелектуальної власності

Abstract

В даній статті з позицій соціальної філософії аналізується співвідношення «ідеального» «матеріального» в сутності інтелектуальної власності. Дослідження онтологічних засад інтелектуальної власності здійснюється в рамках монографічного соціально-філософського дослідження інституту інтелектуальної власності – одного з ключових соціальних інститутів постіндустріального постмодерного суспільства. The article analyzes a correlation of «the ideal» and «the material» in the nature of intellectual property, from the standpoint of social philosophy. Ontological foundation’s enquiry for Intellectual Property was made within the framework of monographic socio-philosophical research for the Intellectual Property Institution, as one of the most significant social institutions of postindustrial postmodern society.
