The article examines key trends in the development of the modern conceptual paradigm of strategic culture and the direction of the scientific and theoretical discourse of its develop- ment, challenges and problems that will determine the context for the further evolution of this direction in the sphere of analysis of international relations. The purpose of the article is to study the key trends in the development of the modern conceptual paradigm of strategic culture and the features of scientific and theoretical discourse on its development, challenges and problems that will determine the context of further evolution of this trend in the field of international relations analysis. Among the principal trends are the task of understanding the depth of influence of strategic and cultural influence on the development of relations of international actors and the continuation of discussion on the invention of the most effective model of analysis of strategic action in the international space The methodological basis of the study is the potential of systemic, general methods and biheviorsist methods. It is argued that when analyzing different levels of political organization of world space, the concept of strategic culture reveals serious application possibilities. At the same time, the context of cul- ture can not be treated differently than flexible and varied. Prevalence of a cultural or strategic component essentially depends on the individual theoretical and methodological preferences of researchers, which implies a difference in the outline of the research problem field and the use of a certain factorial basis. The problem of the context of strategic culture remains one of the original and variation- interpretative research problems, both from theoretical and applied point of view. Derived duality causes the constant complexity of the definition of essential evolution and the limits of the applicability of conceptual political and cultural constructs. At the same time, the latter is a necessary and very effective tool for analyzing the complex socio-political processes that cover the power of interaction within the international community. Most conceptual models depend on one of two common problems: existing models tend to be presented in such a form, which is also coherent, which means that they can not explain the incident of strategic behavior, its discrepancy with a particular template and/or they offer too much continuity and can not adequately take into account changes in strategic policy after a while. Therefore, the evolution of scientific thought increasingly chooses a model that envisages a special strategic culture, containing several co-existing strategic subcultures, an interpretation of the interna- tional social/cultural context of the state.uk
