Проблема захопленості та вигорання в професійній діяльності особистості

Abstract

.The article deals with a problem of work engagement and professional burnout. The analysis of studied aspects of this problem is presented. Despite the fact that there are many famous scientists who worked with issues of professional burnout and work engagement, the existed data are absolutely contradictory and fragmentary. A great role in the formation of professional burnout play socio-psychological relationships in the organization, as well as social support by col- leagues, directors and other people (for example, family or friends). It is also determined that a democratic style of leadership promotes the formation of professional burnout in a less degree. The problem of professional burnout and work engagement has a serious practical importance; its solving is very perspective even nowadays with insufficient amount of knowledge, because it will noticeably increase effectiveness of work with help of burnout prophylactics. У статті розглядається проблема дослідження захопленості та вигорання в професійній діяльності особистості. Проводиться аналіз вивчених аспектів проблеми.
