Педагогічний супровід обдарованих учнів у сучасному загальноосвітньому навчальному закладі

Abstract

The article deals with the essence of pedagogical support of gifted pupils and possible variants of its implementation in modern comprehensive educational establishments. Special attention is paid to the fact that pedagogical support must be of a system and complex character, which include the following directions: diagnostic, consulting, educational, creation and analysis of corresponding educational programs. The analysis of pedagogical, general didactical and heuristic principles, which have to be taken into account by pedagogical staff in this area, is presented. Special role of a teacher in the implementation of pedagogical support of gifted children is specified. The analysis of modern researches gives an opportunity no state that those pedagogical workers, who have high specialty qualification, profound knowledge of the specificity of work with gifted children, ability to creativity, constant self-development, achieve greater success in this field of activity. The main task of the administration of an educational establishment in this case is to create the system of constant improvement and development of teachers’ personal and professional qualities, the atmosphere of creative search and teachers’ interest in positive results of their own work. У статті розкривається сутність педагогічного супроводу обдарованих учнів, визначається головна мета, обґрунтовуються можливі варіанти його здійснення у сучасному загальноосвітньому навчальному закладі. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що педагогічний супровід має носити системний та комплексний характер, до основних напрямків якого віднесено діагностичний, консультаційний, освітньо-просвітницький, створення та аналіз відповідних освітніх програм. Надано аналіз педагогічних, загальнодидактичних та евристичних принципів, яких необхідно дотримуватися педагогічним працівникам у цьому виді діяльності. Означена також особлива роль вчителя у здійсненні педагогічного супроводу обдарованих учнів, зроблені загальні висновки.
