Особливості соціальної реабілітації неповнолітніх засуджених в умовах соціальної ізоляції

Abstract

The article presents the results of the study on social rehabilitation of juvenile offenders being in social isolation. Methodological fundamentals of this study are formulated by G. Sereda as "paradox of social inheritance", the essence of which can be demonstrated in reflexive emotional reactions of the younger generation at a variety of social transformation processes taking place in the society. It is shown that the condition for the effective rehabilitation is its focus on the value system of an individual. The comparative analysis of value orientations in groups of convicts and pro-social adolescents revealed the greatest differences in values that reflect the attitude of teenagers to the social environment and their place in it: the prosocial adolescents represent these values being more expressed and sustained. Based on the results of the research in the article, there was the notion of social rehabilitation of juvenile offenders in terms of social exclusion defined. The social rehabilitation of convicts in prison conditions is understood as a process of creating positive, pro-social attitudes to the social environment and defining their place in it. The maturity of such a positive attitude to the society along with the getting skills of pro-social ways to achieve these goals and awareness of their place in the micro- and macro-society can be regarded as a fact of psychological willing of a teenager to release from social exclusion. У статті представлені результати дослідження особливостей соціальної реабілітації неповнолітніх засуджених в умовах соціальної ізоляції. Показано, що умовою ефективної соціальної реабілітації є її спрямованість на систему цінностей особистості. Порівняльний аналіз ціннісних орієнтацій в групах засуджених та просоціальних підлітків виявив найбільші розбіжності за цінностями, які відбивають ставлення підлітків до соціального оточення та свого місця в ньому: у просоціальних підлітків ці цінності є більш вираженими та сталими. Спираючись на результати дослідження, визначено поняття соціальної реабілітації неповнолітніх засуджених в умовах соціальної ізоляції та сформульовані її особливості. Одним із засобів досягнення позитивних результатів цього процесу є переведення системи аверсивних стимулів в позитивні, спрямовані на особистість.
