Педагогічна система українського дитячого центру «Молода гвардія»: напрямки модернізації

Abstract

The article deals with the pedagogical activity of the Ukrainian child center “Molodaia hvardiia” in the context of the development tendencies of modern educational system. The author investigates the state of modern recreation and relaxation system of children in Ukraine, reveals peculiarities of functioning child recreational centers. Besides, he emphasizes the efficiency of establishments of stationary type, which usually include country child educational and recreational centers. New socio-cultural reality requires implementing some corrections into the work of child recreational centers: improvement of the content and structure of educational practice, reviewing existing approaches to the activity organization, implementing new teaching technologies and searching for new directions in work. Special attention is paid to the peculiarities of modern education in the context of modernization problems of child recreation centers. Tak- ing the basic tendencies of education development into account, an attempt to determine possible directions of reform- ing pedagogical system of recreation establishments is performed. У статті аналізується освітньо-педагогічна діяльність в Українському дитячому центрі «Молода гвардія» в контексті тенденцій розвитку сучасної системи освіти. Автор вивчає стан сучасної системи оздоровлення та відпочинку дітей в Україні, розкриває особливості функціонування дитячих рекреаційних центрів. Нова соціокультурна реальність потребує внесення коректив в роботу дитячих рекреаційних центрів, а саме: удосконалення змісту і структури освітньо-виховної практики, перегляду існуючих підходів до організації діяльності, впровадження нових навчальних технологій та пошуку нових напрямків роботи. В контексті проблем модернізації дитячих рекреаційних центрів значну увагу приділено особливостям сучасної освіти. Автор розглядає педагогічну систему Українського дитячого центру «Молода гвардія» та вказує основні напрямки її модернізації.
