Індивідуально-психологічні особливості соціального інтелекту майбутніх менеджерів туристичного бізнесу

Abstract

Social intelligence is a set of abilities that underlie the communicative competence (a competence in communication), it determines the adequacy of human behavior understanding, provides a successful solution of the tasks on the perception of a human by a human, establishing and maintaining contacts with other people, influencing others, promoting joint activities, getting a high social status in a team and a society. Performing a regulatory function in the interpersonal communication the social intelligence provides a social adjustment of an individual and smooth relations with people. The level of the social intelligence plays an important role in the professional activities of an individual, promotes career growth of professionals, etc. Стаття презентує результати теоретико-емпіричного дослідження особливостей соціального інтелекту майбутніх фахівців туристичного бізнесу. Встановлено, що зазначені особи мають більш розвинений соціальний інтелект, ніж майбутні представники низки інших професій.
