Апробація соціально-психологічного тренінгу зниження рівня інтернет-залежності молоді

Abstract

The article highlights the urgent problem of the spread phenomenon of the Internet addiction in a modern society. The necessity of the research on the problem of the proliferation of the Internet-based activities, in particular, causes the urgent task to develop the methods and the means of the Internet addiction correction. It’s emphasized that the sociopsychological training is an effective means of correcting this type of addiction. The obtained results indicate the level of the Internet addiction to conduct remedial work and after it. The used data are obtained with the help of the Internet addiction test (by K. Young, adapted by V. A. Burova), the Internet addiction scale (by Chan) and the "Perceptions of the Internet" questionnaire (by Ye. A. Schepilina). У статті здійснюється аналіз даних, отриманих до та після проведення тренінгу, спрямованого на зниження рівня інтернет-залежності молоді, що дозволяє перевірити ефективність авторської корекційної програми, головним елементом якої і є тренінг, що пройшов процедуру апробації.
