Технологія супроводу соціально-педагогічної практики майбутніх соціальних педагогів

Abstract

The article shows the problem of the organization of social and pedagogical practice of social workers and the support of the effective implementation of technology in the process. Technology support of social and pedagogical practice of social workers is a phased activity of teachers and students, aimed at helping with the formation of the subject (student) in solving the problems presented clearly, unambiguously interpreted flowchart of action, taking into account the actual conditions of the educational process, which allows to achieve the goals and desired outcomes, which can be quickly detected. A technology of tracking the socio-pedagogical practice of social workers includes the following steps. The initial stage, the purpose of which is self-education needs and their pre-planning, defines the general atmosphere and a way of a student-trainee to communicate with a child. The second stage of technology support of social and pedagogical practice of social workers is motivation, the stage of programming changes in his personality. There is some negative impact on the development of motivation in students’ internal conflicts and contradictions of personality (anxiety, aggression, dominance). At this stage, the technology involves tracking the implementation of organizational and activity model of the process of practical training. У статті розглянуто проблему організації соціально-педагогічної практики студентів-соціальних педагогів, ефективність реалізації технології супроводу цього процесу. Основну увагу приділено обґрунтуванню й експериментальній перевірці ефективності технології супроводу процесу практичної підготовки майбутніх соціальних педагогів.
