Особливості змісту і методів формування професійно-педагогічної культури вчителя початкової школи

Abstract

The article outlines the features of a content and methods of learning vocational and educational culture of an elementary school teacher in the context of practice-oriented approach through the understanding the experience of professional pedagogical activity as a unique practice that has its creator – the author, with all its uniqueness and subjective features of personal uniqueness, due to certain historical time and the level of culture. It finds out the content and methods of practice-oriented approach as a methodology of knowledge of professional and pedagogical culture of the teacher as a crucial understanding that the object of the cognitive relation is an artificial world created by man to assert his essence. But we know that any humanitarian knowledge determines not the study of a material world culture, but its subjectivity. Object humanitarian research is always subjective and human dimension. У статті визначено особливості змісту і методів формування професійно-педагогічної культури вчителя початкової школи у контексті практико-орієнтованого підходу, що є усвідомленням досвіду професійно-педагогічної діяльності як унікальної практики, що має свого творця – автора з усіма притаманними йому рисами суб’єктної неповторності і особистісної унікальності, зумовлених певним історичним часом і рівнем цієї культури.
