Педагогічна технологія формування готовності майбутніх філологів до роботи в профільній школі

Abstract

The article deals with current problems of designing pedagogical technology of forming future philologists’ readiness for work at profession-oriented school. The author determines the components of technological approach (principles, active methods and teaching forms) to training teachers-philologists and main stages of implementing pedagogical technology into the training process of Philological Departments of higher educational institutions. The proposed pedagogical technology is a complicated combination of different organizational, methodical, technological elements of teaching. Their combination and determination of specificity level of educational situations are conditioned by typological structure, functions and the main purpose of training master degree students. Статтю присвячено актуальним проблемам проектування педагогічної технології формування готовності майбутніх філологів до роботи в профільній школі, зокрема визначенню складників технологічного підходу до підготовки вчителів-словесників (принципи, активні методи і форми навчання) та основних етапів упровадження педагогічної технології в навчальний процес філологічних факультетів вищих навчальних закладів.
