Формування готовності майбутніх екологів до професійної діяльності

Abstract

The article discloses the content of training future ecologists carried out at the educational and qualification level of Bachelor majoring in “Ecology, environmental protection and balanced nature resource use” with obtaining the qualification of ecologist. It was found out that management of training future ecologists to balanced nature resource use can be considered as a complex of measures and actions aimed at creating favorable conditions for achieving positive effective results with the highest quality of educational services and spending minimal level of resources, providing and achieving the aim of the formation of future specialists’ readiness for balanced nature resource use (ecologically safe, social and economical development of social and natural systems under conditions of institutional coherence); the function of the process of continuing education management (multilevel graded system) which is implemented stepwise providing organizational order, efficiency and balance in the system of target preparation of future ecologists for the management of nature resource use, educational managerial mechanisms as a complex of means of implementing managerial processes and ways of influence over managed subjects (which are based on principles of scientific validation, objectivity, integration, coherence) with the use of correspondent methods of management – administrative, economic, social and political (qualitological, ecological, personnel and safety), moral and ethical; the form of management activity which is expressed in practical work of educational (scientific and research, industrial) structural subdivisions on the organization, formation of training and educational process, managerial aims and functions for providing their realization, the quality of educational services, meeting the needs of customers and concerned parties (graduates – future specialists, their parents, employers, investors, entrepreneurs, executives, politicians, scientists, community) according to social and economic needs of a society. У статті розкрито поняття готовності майбутніх екологів до професійної діяльності зі збалансованого природокористування, представлено розроблену структурно-логічну схему соціально-екологічного замовлення суспільства на підготовку майбутніх екологів до збалансованого природокористування, сформульовано професійні якості і здатності майбутнього фахівця-управлінця, конкретизовано зміст поняття «управління підготовкою майбутніх екологів до збалансованого природокористування».
