Сучасні наукові уявлення про генезис та становлення інтегральної ідентичності особистості

Abstract

The research is devoted to the study of the characteristics of the formation of the integral personal identity in the course of professional training. It presents a theoretical and methodological analysis of the problem of personal identity as an integral and independent phenomenon of the psyche. Integral identity is seen as both a complex hierarchical structure and as a dynamic process, with its specific logic of development and formation. The logic of integral identity development is based on three consistent stages: indeterminacy, self-determination and self-realization. The first stage is characterized by the crisis of indeterminacy of a personality in relation to his/her identity (immature integral identity). The second stage is characterized by self-determination crisis, when a person engages characteristics of his own groups in his self-image and acquires behavioral norms and stereotypes. The third stage includes self-realization crisis, when the process of integral identity development is finished and a person assigns the acquired norms and stereotypes which have become the inner regulators of his/her social behavior (mature integral identity). У науковому дослідженні здійснено аналіз теоретичних підходів до вивчення особливостей становлення інтегральної ідентичності в контексті різних умов життєдіяльності; визначено зміст поняття «становлення інтегральної ідентичності особистості»; розглянуто психологічні чинники становлення інтегральної ідентичності.
