Особливості змін білкового метаболізму і морфологічної картини крові в організмі лабораторних тварин під впливом трутневого гомогенату й фізичних тренувань

Abstract

The article deals with the effect of physical training combined with the use of drone homogenate on protein metabolism in rats and concentrations of certain serum proteins and muscle sarcoplasm rats. It’s established that the addition of drone homogenate to animal feed ration leads to a significant increase in body weight, relative weight muscle content of myoglobin. The latter is particularly strongly expressed, if systematic training of laboratory animals is provided. A significant increase in reserves of oxygen providing to body of experimental animals was shown statistically as well as a significant growth in their blood erythrocytes and hemoglobin and myoglobin in muscles. Вивчався вплив фізичних тренувань, поєднаних з вживанням трутневого гомогенату, на білковий метаболізм пацюків та концентрацію окремих білків сироватки крові і саркоплазми м’язів пацюків. Встановлено, що додавання в кормовий раціон тварин трутневого гомогенату призводить до значного збільшення ваги тіла, відносної ваги м'язів, вмісту в них міоглобіна, вірогідного зростання в їх крові вмісту еритроцитів і гемоглобіну.
