Особливості сформованості психологічного здоров’я студентів під час навчання в інституті фізичної культури

Abstract

The problem of psychological health of first year students during studying and sporting activity is considered in this article. The study was conducted at the Institute of Physical Education at Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A. Makarenko. The study involved 353 first year students with a specialization in "Physical Education" and "Professional Olympic Sport". Features of communication, psycho-emotional condition, motivation, bioelectric indexes of cerebrum are analyzed. Psycho- pedagogical conditions of maintenance of psychological health of students in the universities are revealed. У статті розглядається проблема психологічного здоров’я студентів перших курсів під час навчання і спортивної діяльності. Проаналізовано особливості комунікації, психоемоційного стану, мотивації, біоелектричних показників головного мозку. Розкрито психолого-педагогічні умови збереження психологічного здоров’я студентів вищого навчального закладу.
