Адаптационные возможности дошкольников

Abstract

The article deals with the adaptation abilities of schoolchildren in the contexts of recreational technologies. Among health technologies a leading place belongs to adaptive physical culture, which provides satisfaction of child’s biological need in motor activity. The authors of the article designed a special program of recreational physical culture, which is recommended to be used as the recuperation technology. Health technologies, which are based on a combination of physical exercises with different recreational activities, are developed in compliance with the day regimen of kindergarten. A careful analysis of children’s state of health should be carried out in order to conduct health recreational procedures, as well as children of risk group should be distinguished, because some health recreational activities are contraindicated for them. Preschool institutions of different kinds should apply the special system, which combines physical training lessons with health recreational activities, which ensures health promotion, disease prevention, correc- tion of health and development disorders, rehabilitations, which provides recuperation and development of new forms and ways of preparing children to school. В оздоровчих технологіях провідне місце належить адаптивній фізичній культурі, що забезпечує задоволення біологічної потреби дитяти в руховій активності. Авторами була розроблена програма оздоровчої фізичної культури, яка пропонується до впровадження в технологію оздоровлення дітей дошкільного віку. В статье проанализированы адаптационные возможности дошкольников в контексте оздоровительных технологий, в которых ведущее место принадлежит адаптивной физической культуре, обеспечивающей удовлетворение биологической потребности ребенка в двигательной активности. Авторами была создана программа оздоровительной физической культуры, которая рекомендуется к использованию в технологии оздоровления детей дошкольного возраста.
