Структура професійної культури медичного фахівця молодшої кваліфікації

Abstract

The analysis of studies of the problem of the professional culture formation revealed a concept on the basis of which it is possible to identify the nature of any type or kind of culture, including a professional one. This concept provides for considering a specific type of culture as an indicator of the level of actual development of the real subject of a specific type of activity. Accordingly, the professional culture of a future medical specialist of a start-up qualification level can be understood as the qualitative level of his (her) harmonious development, show of unity of the professional consciousness and the level of the professional excellence in the process of carrying out a professional activity. Specific norms, requirements and rules that define a model of behavior and activities of people in a particular profession and professional culture components are organized in a system that has a relatively closed nature. The structure of the professional culture is regarded by scientists with different approaches. Статтю присвячено вивченню структури професійної культури медичного фахівця молодшої кваліфікації. Було встановлено, що професійна культура являє собою єдність і взаємозв'язок усіх компонентів і завжди виступає як цілісність, саме в цьому полягає її принципово важлива особливість. Разом з тим, моральна (духовна) складова професійної культури, що відображає специфічні цінності, норми і відносини, що регулюють професійну поведінку, спілкування і діяльність суб'єкта, є підвалинами професійної культури, тому що саме вона висуває представникам професійних співтовариств систему моральних вимог, що є особливо актуальним для медичних працівників.
