Особливості стимулювання студентів до набуття суб’єктного досвіду в ході педагогічної практики

Abstract

The article deals with the peculiarities of students’ personality stimulation for the self-development and obtaining subjective experience of the future professional and pedagogical activity during the pedagogical practice in the university. The students’ self-evaluating and self-reflection system has been researched. It concerns the whole period of pedagogical practice, beginning from the goal-setting, taking the current control and the final result of the pedagogical activity. Essentially, the students don’t use only the theoretical knowledge in pedagogy during the pedagogical practice, but also they try to get the knowledge from their own subjectivity and their former experience. У статті розкриваються особливості стимулювання особистості студента до саморозвитку і набуття суб’єктного досвіду до майбутньої професійно-педагогічної діяльності в ході проходження педагогічної практики в університеті. Досліджується система самоконтролю та саморефлексії, яка охоплює всі етапи діяльності студентів в період проходження педагогічної практики, починаючи з цілепокладання, проведення поточного контролю власної діяльності і кінцевого результату педагогічної діяльності.
