Аналіз підготовки школярів та студентів з питань безпеки, здоров’я та цивільного захисту в Україні та її зміни у зв’язку з виникненням військових загроз

Abstract

The article is devoted to the justification of the necessary changes in the content of education, particularly school, concerning safety and human health that are associated with negative socio-political and military situation in Ukraine. The article analyzes the content of the programs on "Bases of Health" and "Defense of Fatherland" for the school. Based on the analysis of the programs and the complex of modern dangers and their degree of risk, some changes to the programs were proposed. The changes take into account today's complicated social and political situation that has developed in Ukraine because of the activities of terrorist groups, carrying out anti-terrorist operation and high risk of military actions expansion. Today’s life demands correction of the content of the subjects mentioned above taking into account the development of life safety science and valeology, foreign practices, but, first of all, national features, mentality and present situation in Ukraine. Стаття присвячена обґрунтуванню необхідних змін у змісті освіти, зокрема шкільної, з безпеки, цивільного захисту та здоров’я людини, що пов’язані з негативною соціально-політичною та військовою ситуацією в Україні. У статті проаналізовано зміст програм з «Основ здоров’я» та «Захисту Вітчизни» для шкіл України. На основі аналізу програм та комплексу сучасних небезпек і рівня їх ризиків запропоновано внести зміни до програми. Зміни враховують сучасну складну соціально політичну обстановку, що склалась в Україні у зв’язку з діяльністю терористичних угрупувань та проведенням антитерористичної операції та високого ризику розширення військових дій.
