Мотиваційний компонент у структурі професійної компетентності майбутніх офіцерів високомобільних десантних військ

Abstract

The article deals with the structure of professional competence of future officers of highly mobile airborne troops with a focus on the motivational component. The author studies the features of the motivation of the future officers of the Airborne Troops serving in the army and achieving success in their professional activities. It has revealed that the main motives for the choice of the future airborne officers’ profession are individual and socially relevant internal motives, suggesting deliberate choice of the military profession. У статті розглядається структура професійної компетентності майбутніх офіцерів Високомобільних десантних військ, при цьому основна увага приділяється мотиваційному компоненту. Автор досліджує особливості мотивації майбутніх офіцерів ВДВ на службу в армії та досягнення успіху у професійній діяльності. Визначаються основні мотиви вибору професії майбутніми офіцерами-десантниками.
