Abstract

In today's complex social conditions of transition to market relations, looking towards the adoption of Ukrainian statehood, understanding the realities of the XXI century the question about the efficiency of vocational education of children and youth arises with particular urgency. An active, creative, hard-working personality is formed inder the influence of the social environment and in the process of professional training aimed at the development of appropriate labour skills, professional skills, readiness for life in market conditions. In recent years there is a steady trend towards the intensification of the process students’ vocational training, filling it with creative design and technological activities, and not only the formation of skills. The quality of modern vocational training of students is necessary for the ability to quickly learn technical innovations and discoveries. У статті розглядається питання розвитку трудового навчання і виховання учнів молодшого шкільного віку та форм організації цього процессу в історичному аспекті. Описано особливості трудового становлення і підготовки до активної трудової діяльності молодших школярів у навчальному процесі.
