Емпіричне дослідження стану готовності майбутнього менеджера освітнього закладу до самопроектування

Abstract

У статті розкрито сутність і структуру акмеологічного експерименту та наведено результати емпіричного дослідження готовності майбутнього менеджера освітнього закладу до професійного самопроектування та подальшої самореалізації. У процесі емпіричного дослідження розроблено анкету для визначення ступеня готовності менеджера освіти до самопроектування, дібрано склад контрольної та експериментальної груп, проведено анкетування респондентів: результати експерименту було оброблено, на підставі чого підготовлено організаційно-методичні рекомендації щодо формування готовності майбутнього менеджера освіти до самопроектування. The article reveals the essence and structure of the acmeological experiment and presents the results of empirical research related to the readiness state demonstrated by the future managers of educational institutions for self-projecting and further self-realization. In the process of empirical research, the author’s questionnaire was developed to determine the degree of education manager’s readiness for self-projecting; the respondents of the control and experimental groups were selected; the respondents were questioned; the results of the experiment were processed; the organizational and methodological recommendations aimed at facilitating the development of the readiness of the future education managers for self-projecting were elaborated basing on the experiment results.
